So, things are looking up! ASU is incredible and I really feel at home here. Plus, I've started drawing again and am taking much better care of myself. Sure do miss some people, but it's all good. Hope everyone else is also doing well.

Perhaps it's because I lead a generally boring life and should take the time I spend bitterly daydreaming and use it for something more productive, like cleaning, exercising, or, god forbid, drawing. It looks so good on paper (or screen, I suppose) It's July and I don't feel like summer has started. I feel old. I desperately want to go to college. What is it about people, myself in particular, that causes them, me, to want things, figure out how to change things, promise to do so, and then sit in self-pity and do nothing? I know how to solve this - I should clean, I should exercise, I should draw. Those are simple things. Yet for what

 thnx for the fav!
thankyou for watching us
My dearest Alyssa,
I'm terribly sorry I haven't talked to you in quite some time. I just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you and that I love you so much! I will see you at STATE but would love to see you more than that. And talk to you more often than I do. (I also hope that you don't mind if I use what you said for your "signature" because it was beautifully spoken) I hope you're keeping up on your art, which I'm sure you are, because you are so talented. You are such a beautiful person, what you do for others is just amazing. Words can not express how much you help people and how you make them feel. It's so important and rewarding to know that you have changed someones life. Wheather their sitting by themselfs or sitting in Dr. Tim's workshop, when they close their eyes they see you. I now I've said this in one of my "poems" but it is so rewarding to know that you made that kind of unseen impact on a life. I'm sure you will get into the college you want to and will have the time of your life, which will be every single day. You are such a blessing to know, and I will always love you, and I will always be here for you especially if you just need someone to listen. It would make me overjoyed to listen to you about your joys, and your pains. I am praying for you everyday.

~with everlasting Agape love, Carissa
